A return authorization is required when requesting refund, repair, or replacement of a Baukat Couture delivered customer order. Returns must include a return authorization with reason for return, along with detailed photographs.
Include Return Authorization with any Baukat Couture returns.
We take pride in our high quality, guaranteed workmanship. Sometimes we make mistakes. If it’s our fault, we will certainly work with you to correct the error.
Except for Third Party Distributed Products
Products distributed for a third party do not apply to the return authorization statement as mentioned herein. We will work with our vendor to satisfy your needs.
Defective Product and Poor Workmanship
Although we guarantee our workmanship and high quality, things happen that we can’t control.
In the event you discover quality to be poor, we will be happy to repair the item at no additional charge. Request an RA in writing and include non blurred photographs and descriptions within three (3) working days of receipt of goods.
Defects/defective workmanship will be repaired at no additional charge, except for normal wear and tear. Return shipment will be paid by us–we will provide customer an RA and include a shipping label.
Return Authorization for Refund or Replacement
An RA must be requested from us in writing within three (3) days of receipt of delivery on ALL Baukat Couture products returned for repair, refund or replacement. The approved RA for refund is subject to a ten percent (10%) re-stocking charge, and does not include non-refundable deposit of original order.
No refund, repair, or replacement will be granted unless accepted and approved by our quality inspection department and accompanied by a return authorization.
Do not return any Baukat Couture product without our receipt of a complete explanation and reason for returning an order back to us. Your written notice of returned item must include well-focused photographs of the portion damaged.
Damages to Packaging During Shipment
Carefully read Carrier’s delivery and receipt instructions.
The carrier is responsible for any and all damages caused in transit once the package is in their hands.
DO NOT OPEN damaged packages or its contents! Please read the carrier’s instructions BEFORE you open and accept delivery. Seller will not be held responsible if damage is caused by the carrier.
