Contact us for a free design Consultation! Please include the following information: 1) Small, Medium, or Large size; 2) Color(s) preferred (view all Styles available); 3) Options (faux fur fibers*, custom beading, and other); 4) Date required; and, 4 ) Additional details and/or comments.
*Note: We use synthetic fur fibers only! Our suppliers have limited color selections in fur fibers.
Once we have all the details to commence purchasing materials and processing your order, we will provide clear estimates in price and delivery. A quote will be sent to you with all the details and specifications discussed during the consultation. You will have the opportunity to review and approve our quote. Once we receive your written and signed approval, we will submit an invoice before processing your order. Here are some steps that will follow your consultation and approval of quote.
- Please review the quote carefully before returning it to us for final approval;
- Sign and date the quote as requested with initials indicated in the Terms and Conditions;
- Return the signed and dated quote to us by email or postal;
- Upon Seller’s receipt of a signed and dated quote by the customer, Seller will consider the quote as a Sales Order;
- Customer will receive an Invoice of the sales order within 24-48 hours;
- Non-Refundable Deposit required prior to order processing.
*Deposit for Custom Orders
Custom and commissioned orders 15% Deposit of Invoice. As soon as payment of deposit is made, we will order necessary supplies to begin your order.
Customers will be notified regularly of Work-In-Progress via email or telephone.
Cancellations, Changes or Revisions
Written cancellations will be accepted within fourteen (14) working days after receipt of order and payment/deposit, subject to certain fees and charges. Changes and/or Revisions must be submitted to us in writing at the earliest possible date, and subject to additional charges.
